Signify MyCreation is using 3D printing as mass manufacturing method to produce luminaires on a global scale for both professional and consumer customers, bringing end-customer advantages in design freedom, sustainability and reliability. This is enabled by a 3D printing technology stack optimized for mass production, cost and scalability. In this talk, the philosophy towards this technology stack is shared, the challenges and solution we had to to overcome will be discussed resulting in the learnings how to optimize 3D printing for mass production.
