Known for building high-impact collaborations, she convenes stakeholders across industry, government, and academia to deliver measurable results.
A marketplace expert and strategy architect, Debbie brings deep experience in advanced manufacturing technologies. As Principal and Founder of Converge Consulting, she leads strategic initiatives in advanced manufacturing, partnering with top-tier clients to address complex challenges, accelerate innovation, and expand industrial capability.
Since 2022, Debbie has worked extensively with the Defense Industrial Base, supporting national readiness through advanced manufacturing initiatives spanning the Great Lakes and strategic locations such as Guam. Her work builds supply chain resilience, shortens sustainment timelines, and deepens collaboration.
Previously, Debbie served as President of Metrix (an ASME company), Managing Director of Industry Events at ASME, VP of Industry Strategy and Events at SME, and Acting Director of Technology Transition at America Makes. She holds a BA and MBA with distinction from the University of Michigan.
