Graduate Research Assistant
Colorado State University
I am a graduate researcher in Mechanical Engineering at Colorado State University, focusing on additive manufacturing. My current research involves developing a sensor-integrated Feed Forward Control system that compensates for filament variability in FDM printing by dynamically adjusting extrusion flow through dual-axis diameter monitoring and firmware-based correction.
Before joining CSU, I worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at MindOx Techno, leading the design and development of SEMI-compliant load ports for 300 mm FOUPs and open cassette systems used in semiconductor automation. I also contributed to mechanical design optimization, DFM/DFA analysis, and supplier coordination for fabrication and assembly. My professional background also includes experience with SolidWorks-based product design, ANSYS analysis, and data-driven validation using R and Python.
