President/CEO
Airtech Advanced Materials Group
Jeff Dahlgren is the President and CEO of Airtech International. Airtech is a 100% family owned and operated business founded in 1973. Jeff started in 1981 in the vacuum bagging industry. Jeff took over the business from his father in 2001 presiding over international growth that now include 7 facilities throughout the world. In 2018, Airtech made a large investment into Additive Manufacturing, buying two 40ft thermwood printers and one CEAD robotic printer. We were unhappy about the injection molding resins that were being sold for 3D printing, so we decide to compound our own resins through our expeience in compounding our resins for vacuum bagging films and release films. The DahlTram line of pellet resins was developed. Airtech further expands its global presence with new 3D printing filaments, purchasing the KIMYA manufacturing facility. Airtech focuses on sustainability with recycling and re-pourposing thermoplastics after use. With over seven years of large-scale 3D printing expertise, it supports diverse industries from aerospace to architecture. Our resins are used all over the world and becoming more diverse.
