Erick Braham is a research scientist focused on implementing AI/ML to solve
manufacturing problems and enable automated experimentation. His experience in
materials informatics and chemistry has led him to pursue a goal of doing more with less
data. Beginning in the realm of materials discovery and moving toward manufacturing
optimization as a post-doctoral fellow at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Erick’s career
has centered on the integration of data science with physical experimentation. Currently,
Erick is a scientist at AV Inc. working with the Digital Manufacturing Research Team at AFRL
researching additive manufacturing, automated experimentation, and AI/ML in
manufacturing
