Lead Producibility Engineer

Philip has worked for NAVAIR in the Prototype and Manufacturing Division (PMD) at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst since 2016. He is currently the Lead Producibility Engineer for PMD – primarily working with the Support Equipment (SE) and Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) communities. Philip represents the Organic Industrial Base (OIB) for the depot stand up of the Next Generation Launch and Recovery Equipment (AAG and EMALS). He is responsible for working with design engineers to make their products cost effective, easy to manufacture, and reliable for the warfighter. In support of this role, he participates in various industry and military standards committees such as ASME Y14.46 and MIL-STD-31000. Throughout his career he has focused on deploying model-based enterprise practices within the OIB. He graduated Villanova University with a bachelor's and master's degree in mechanical engineering.
