Kristin is the Director of Additive Manufacturing Technology at Hubbell, where she leads the company’s Center of Excellence for Additive Manufacturing. In this role, she is responsible for advancing the adoption of AM for serial production and establishing a CoE capable of printing production parts at scale. Prior to joining Hubbell, Kristin held leadership positions across the 3D printing industry, including founding two companies that served the sector: AM-Cubed, a consultancy focused on the 3D printing ecosystem, and Implement AM, which specialized in conducting workshops on applying AM for industrial manufacturing. Kristin also previously served on the Board of Directors and as President of Women in 3D Printing, a global non-profit with over 100 chapters across 40 countries and more than 13,000 participants. She holds an M.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from UCLA and an MBA from the University of Southern California (USC).
