R&D Engineer and PhD candidate
XTPL and WUST
Nina Szczotka is currently an R&D Engineer at XTPL S.A., where she concurrently pursues an Industrial Ph.D. in Microelectronics at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. She holds an M.Sc. in Chemical Nanoengineering from the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree program, having studied across multiple institutions, including Aix-Marseille University and Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
With over three years of dedicated R&D experience, her primary focus is ultra-precise additive manufacturing and adapting functional materials for microelectronics and optoelectronic systems. She has developed novel XTPL methods for printing high-aspect ratio structures using conductive and photoluminescent pastes, applying her expertise to meticulous parameter optimization and material characterization. Her background uniquely links advanced academic research (DTU Nanolab, DIPC) with industrial needs, concentrating on providing breakthrough, flexible solutions for back-end-of-line integration and critical challenges in heterogeneous packaging.
